My tried and true sugar cookie recipe has failed me; instead of having normal cookies, they've turned into some cross between a scone and a cookie.
They'd be delicious with some blueberries in them though. With some lemon glaze.
...I think I must experiment.

Name Change
Hey guys!
So this is something I've been thinking a lot of over the last year or so.
Basically, I believe I've outgrown the name Bon AppetEats. When I first started, I told myself I would never do anything but miniature food since sculpting was hard. Well, that worked for a few years, but I got bored. So I branched out into other things (dragons, ponds, etc).
Here's the issue - now that I'm not really making miniature foods all that much, the name really doesn't make sense. People confuse my sculptures for food items. I feel limited by my name in a sense.
I do like the name. I am attached to it - after all, it's been my business identity

Experimenting is great fun. I found my favourite mix of foods from experimenting. I know it sounds gross, but it is chocolate cake or muffin mixed with ice cream and cream into a weird paste. Yeah, I know it sounds horrid.
