Miniature Pigs in a Blanket by Bon-AppetEats Miniature Pigs in a Blanket by Bon-AppetEats
A tiny plate of my favorite IHOP breakfast - Pigs in a Blanket.

I have such a craving for this now. >.<

Pancakes are a bit too flat around the edges so I'll have to watch out for that next time.

Thank you! :D I'm not a fan of pork usually either but for some reason I can stomach it like this.

Aaaah these are so cute! And they look so tasty. :B
Weird though, another thing that is different from what we'd call "Pigs in blankets" over here. Strange how much variation there seems to be especially around food!

Indeed! In the US and Canada, pigs in blankets are made usually wrapped in biscuit dough-either in cans you can buy at the store or fresh-which is the way I've always made and eaten them. I had no idea they could be made with pancakes until now. :D

Omg they are! Especially topped with the strawberry syrup they have at IHOP.

What are pigs in a blanket over there? :o

Strawberry syrup on UK pigs in blankets would be gross. :P Aaaaand no IHOP over here either i don't think xD but the US version sounds tasty. Might have to try it sometime.

Well, over here they're mini sausages wrapped in bacon. We usually eat them with Turkey at Christmas dinner. :3

Lol more bacon. XD

You could make them yourself easily if you wanted to try it. :) It's just sausage wrapped in (usually buttermilk) pancakes. So good. :D

There is never too much bacon! With the possible exception of Epic Meal Time's video. That grossed me out. x3

Oh, awesome. Sounds weird though, a sort of sweetish pancake with sausage? Strange o_o but I may have to try it some time. I'm intrigued :3

And bacon strips and bacon strips and bacon strips. XD

I'm not gonna lie; I'd at least take a bite out of some stuff they have. lol

Hahaha, yeah, but you'd take a bite then the next day you'd be about 5 pounds heavier. =P
Some of it looks quite tasty. But that baconstrips thing....so much meat >_<
