Miniature Chocolate Lava Cakeby *Bon-AppetEats

So I lied; I had time to make something today. :3 A chocolate lava cake with a mound of whipped cream, garnished with a raspberry, a mint leaf, and a raspberry sauce on the side.

This was originally for Semi-Sweeties monthly food challenge, but I only just noticed it was for chocolate CANDIES, not just chocolate foods. >.<

I think I will be keeping this one for myself. It's my husband's favorite dessert and will be turned into a magnet for our fridge.
