*Edit: Just wanted to make a note that the asparagus on the real version of the cake is made from fondant - it's not real asparagus slapped onto a cake. :P lol*

Miniature asparagus cake. Based off this cake: [link]

I think I am insane. Well, if not before, then definitely after this.

Made from polymer clay. I tried going for 1:12 scale but I think it's just a little larger than that. :/

And yes, I did make each individual asparagus.

Total time: I lost track at the 6 1/2 hour mark.

Ah, haha, yes... I can't imagine how many tries to get the color and the asparagus spears right. Can't imagine how you did it in miniature! At least yours keeps forever, though :D. That gives it a one-up over the cake.
