Thanks! The real version won't be nearly as pretty. XD As for setting things on fire...I leave that to my husband. lol He's got some chef training and he still manages to catch things on fire. :P

^-^ I have a few though both are from Pinterest and they turns out amazing each time, The Pecan Pie one is tinyurl.com/cf5ue7u

Then there is a Triple Coconut tinyurl.com/lwm45e2 and if you remove all the coconut and only replace the cream of coconut/Coconut milk with sweetened condensed milk it just tastes like slightly tangy sweetened condensed milk, my mother isn't a fan of of coconut like i am so the second time i made the Coconut one i had to take it out but it comes out perfect each time XD I also left of the whipped coconut cream all together and i don't make the crust go up the sides of the pan jsut the bottom because i prefer the cleaner look it has

Some advice though is use a water bath but put that on a lower rack in your oven or your crust will get soggy! Also if its your first cheesecake you have to pay attention to how it jiggles when you lightly shake/move/tap the pan and this video might help but make sure you jiggle the pan first so you can tell what the undone/uncooked one looks like first because it will look the same in the oven if its not done tinyurl.com/lyjojsk  (how to tell when your cheesecake is done but don't leave your in the oven unless the recipe calls for it....which most do) If you have any other questions let me know!

Oh man, that is perfect! Looks simple enough as well. I think I can pull it off - cheesecake is a specialty of mine. :)

I've bookmarked that coconut one. I LOVE coconut. I could eat anything coconut flavored all the time. I will most definitely try this one at some point - thank you very much for the link!

You're very welcome! i'm the only in my family who ever baked cheesecakes everyone else is to afraid and says its too much work xD and the pecan pie layer gets really thick and you have to work fast to get it in the pan and smoothed out. i LOVE coconut like crazy but the rest of the family doesnt like it very much so i dont get it often but i change that recipe around alot it pretty versatile!

Do you use a tiny pipette to make the icing or do you do it by hand? It looks fabulous.
