Oh my gosh, did you model this cake after any specific coconut cake? Because honestly, it looks friggin' EXACTLY like Pellman's Coconut Cake (which is my FAVORITE CAKE IN THE WORLD! *0*), but the only difference is that there's lemon instead of coconut icing inside the layers! ;D

I want to eat this. Even though it's clay. > 3< GREAT job, seriously!!

Nope, not a specific cake. I know that coconut and lemon pair well together, so I just made it with coconut frosting and flakes on the outside and a lemon curd on the inside. :)
