1:12 Broccoli Florets

Here is some broccoli as a break to all the sweets I've posted lately.

This was quite an experiment. I have no idea why it turned so neon green after I cooked it. And the dark green chalk on top got eaten up somehow. o/

But I guess as a little side on a food plate it wouldn't look too awful. Or popping them into a bottle and making a broccoli bottle necklace from it.

Definitely going to revisit this again when I get back next week.
