1:12, 1:24, 1:48 Banana Bunches by Bon-AppetEats 1:12, 1:24, 1:48 Banana Bunches by Bon-AppetEats
1:12, 1:24, and 1:48 banana bunches, made from polymer clay.

I tried to keep as many details as possible the smaller they got, but no matter what I did they got simpler and simpler. At least they still resemble bananas, right? :)

Beautiful work. I still think I prefer the detail and realism that goes with the larger sizes. I know that you said that people are requesting the smaller scales and that you are looking at market forces but I think I will continue as a hobby and for my own enjoyment.

Thank you. :) I agree with the detailing, though the lack of it does make it quicker to produce these, which for a show is a good thing. I don't collect miniatures myself (I really don't have the space and have seen how much it can take up. lol), so I just pretty much make these to sell.

do you paint the brown spots on or is that brown clay mixed in?

Looks really awesome. I especially like the tiny 1:48 ones. Reminds me of the old DK games for some reason. :)

The brown spots are added after with chalk pastel.

Thank you! And yes, they kind of do. :)
